Support in using WeTrack's sustainability module will work in the same way as every other module. During the onboarding phase you are assigned a dedicated account manager to help you get started, along with their phone number and email address.

After the training phase has been completed, WeTrack's online support guide will contain a wealth of material on the sustainability module. That will be found here, along with our other modules, and we recommend using that as a first place to look if you need any guidance or inspiration.
